We deliver across the Lower Mainland of BC, including Langley,
Surrey, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Chilliwack, Mission,
and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by location.
Our standard rental is for one day (approximately 6-8 hours of use).
Extended rentals are available — just ask and we'll create a custom
package that fits your needs.
Yes! Professional setup and takedown is included with every rental.
Our team will arrive early to set everything up safely and return
after your event to take it all down.
Our equipment is designed for children ages 1-10. We have specific
products for different age groups — for example, our soft play
equipment is perfect for crawlers up to 4 years old, while our
bouncy castles are great for kids up to age 10.
Many of our products can be used indoors or outdoors. We'll work
with you to find the best solution — whether that's moving indoors,
rescheduling, or adjusting your setup. We never compromise on
safety.
We understand plans change. Just let us know at least 48 hours
before your event and we'll reschedule or provide a full refund. We
ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can accommodate other
bookings.
Safety is our priority. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly
sanitized before and after each rental using child-safe,
hypoallergenic cleaning products. Ball pits are cleaned between
every use, and all surfaces are wiped down and inspected.
